PM Lee in London for Commonwealth leaders' summit

PRIME MINISTER Lee Hsien Loong is on a three-day visit to London starting Wednesday, where he will attend the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (Chogm).
The meeting is a biennial summit that most of the 53 leaders of the Commonwealth nations are expected to attend.
