PRIME MINISTER Lee Hsien Loong said that "regardless of political cycles or election outcomes", Singapore will work hard on its relations with neighbouring countries.
Speaking at the debate on the President's Address yesterday, Mr Lee described the United Malays National Organisation's defeat in Malaysia's May 9 election as a "momentous development".
