THE United States and South-east Asia must find ways to create value through innovation and entrepreneurship in order for their countries to prosper, said Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong in California on Monday (Tuesday morning, Singapore time).
Mr Lee made the point at the first retreat session of the two-day US-Asean Summit at the historic Sunnylands estate in Rancho Mirage.
