THE trial of former BSI banker Yeo Jiawei continued on Thursday with the prosecution's sixth witness, Samuel Goh Sze-Wei - a key figure in two of the charges laid against the accused.
The court had heard previously from witness Kevin Swampillai, a 52-year-old Malaysian who is BSI's former head of wealth management services, that late-night meetings with Yeo, 33, were held as Singapore's Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) seemed to be closing in on its investigations into transactions involving them.
