NATIONAL water agency PUB, in order to keep abreast of Singapore's water needs and the challenges of climate change, is looking into the technical and economic feasibility of using underground space for water drainage and storage.
It announced on Tuesday a two-year-long study to look into design options for a system of underground drainage and reservoirs, which could integrate three key components:
