The European Central Bank's massive bond-buying programme should not be used as an excuse for eurozone countries not enacting far-reaching reforms, France's president said on Friday.

[DAVOS] The European Central Bank's massive bond-buying programme should not be used as an excuse for eurozone countries not enacting far-reaching reforms, France's president said on Friday.
