Intralinks predicts 7% rise in Q1 2016 announced deals

STRONG growth in third-quarter early-stage deal activity in South-east Asia and Japan is offsetting weakness in North Asia, South Asia and Australia, according to technology and deal-related service provider Intralinks.
Early-stage merger and acquisition activity is up 27 per cent for South-east Asia and 19 per cent for Japan from a year ago. For the entire Asia-Pacific region, early stage third-quarter deal activity is up 3.2 per cent compared to a year ago.
