THE mayor of Seoul, Park Won-soon, is in Singapore for a four-day visit from Saturday to Tuesday as the 54th Lee Kuan Yew Exchange Fellow.
The South Korean, who heads the Seoul Metropolitan Government, is also due to attend and speak at the biennial World Cities Summit that begins on Sunday at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre.
