SINGAPORE and China inked seven deals on bilateral cooperation ranging from the arts, entrepreneurship and intellectual property to research on Thursday, after an annual bilateral meeting co-chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean and Chinese Vice-Premier Han Zheng.
