Singapore Budget 2015: S&CC rebates this year to cost S$80 million

The government will provide rebates for service and conservancy charges (S&CC) that will cost it S$80 million, said Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister, on Monday.
It will introduce one to three months of S&CC rebates. One and two-room HDB households will receive a total of three months of rebates for this year. Three and four-room households will receive two months of rebates in all.
