SINGAPORE will set up an Infrastructure Office to develop, finance and execute infrastructure projects, Finance Minister Heng Swee Keat said on Monday.

Delivering the Budget 2018 speech, Mr Heng said the new office will bring together local and foreign firms across the value chain to develop, finance and execute infrastructure projects.
