SINGAPORE has delivered on schedule the first phase of a master plan to build a new capital city in the south-eastern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.
The plan for the city was handed to the Andhra Pradesh government on Monday, when the state's Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu kicked off a two-day visit in Singapore, said a joint announcement by the minister and Singapore's Second Minister for Trade and Industry, S Iswaran.
