GE2015: WP and PAP Hougang SMC nomination papers up

[SINGAPORE] The Workers' Party (WP) and People 's Action People (PAP ) have filed nomination papers for Hougang SMC at the Poi Ching nomination centre.
The WP candidate is incumbent Png Eng Huat and the PAP 's is new face Lee Hong Chuang.
The WP has held Hougang ever since party chief Low Thia Khiang won it in 1991. Mr Png won the single ward at the 2012 by-election with 62.1 per cent of the votes beating the PAP 's Desmond Choo.
