SINGAPORE has notified Malaysia of its concerns over the revised land assessment tax levied on Johor River Waterworks by the Kota Tinggi District Council, which national water agency PUB is not obliged to pay, Minister for Foreign Affairs K Shanmugam said in Parliament on Tuesday.
This was in response to a question from Member of Parliament (Potong Pasir) Sitoh Yih Pin on whether there were recent developments to the tax applicable to PUB's waterworks in Johor.
