Singapore reports 486 new Covid-19 cases; 68-year-old man is 21st death

A 68-year-old Singaporean man with a history of hypertension and hyperlipidaemia, died from complications due to Covid-19 on Monday, bringing Singapore's death toll to 21.
On Saturday, a 53-year-old Indian national died following a cardiac arrest. He tested positive only after that.
