SINGAPORE'S net employment outlook has improved to its strongest level in a decade, with growth expected in most industries except restaurants and hotels, according to a survey by recruiter ManpowerGroup Singapore on Tuesday (Mar 21).
Some 42 per cent of Singapore employers expect to increase their headcount for the second quarter of the year, up from 39 per cent in Q1, based on a survey of more than 500 employers here.
