Single Asean prospectus for cross-border listings

It aims to make the region an attractive fund-raising hub and give issuers from signatory states faster line to capital

A STREAMLINED review framework (SRF) for a common Asean prospectus is expected to provide issuers more opportunities and quicker access to fund-raising across signatory countries, which will comprise Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand for a start.
