S'pore-EU FTA expected to come into force after 2016

WHILE negotiations for the EU-Singapore Free Trade Agreement (EUSFTA) have come to a close with the text of the Investment Protection Chapter (IPC) finalised, the pact is now expected to come into force after 2016.
It was initially expected to be implemented by the end of this year.
