SINGAPORE'S reputation as a foodies' paradise is well documented, but now a study has been done to measure the economic impact of the food and beverage industry in the Republic.
It is big - bigger than previously thought, and possibly as big as the aerospace sector, and larger than the specialty chemicals, petrochemicals, medical technology and land transport engineering industries.
