SINGAPORE and Malaysia will have to wait a little longer to sign a bilateral agreement for the planned high-speed rail (HSR) project linking the two neighbours.
Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and his Malaysian counterpart Najib Razak were due to meet in Johor next Monday for their annual leaders' retreat, during which they were to witness the signing of the legally binding agreement.
