SOUTH Korea and Singapore need to take an "aggressive look" in the review of the Korea-Singapore free trade agreement (FTA), said visiting Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong in Busan on Thursday. In doing so, he hopes the agreement - the first free trade deal that Korea signed with an Asian country - can make a "quantum leap" and be consistent with the FTAs that both countries have with other partners.
