It said the acquisition of 100 per cent of Aetos would expand its "service offerings to include safety and security capabilities".

Surbana Jurong group chief executive Wong Heang Fine said in a statement: "We will also be able to utilise Aetos' state-of-the-art unmanned aerial vehicles to enhance our surveillance security services as well as enhance our land survey capabilities."
