Surge in tourists 'puts strain on Thailand's infrastructure'

Thailand attracted a record 29.9 million visitors in 2015 and expects 32.4 million visitors this year. To tackle congestion, it intends to spend US$5.5 billion over the next 15 years to expand six airports.
