A NEW scheme will train and place Singaporean professionals aged 40 and above in tech-related jobs, even if they have no prior background in infocommunications and technology.
This is among several moves to help firms and workers benefit from digitalisation, in the Ministry of Communications and Information's Committee of Supply debate on Tuesday.
