Telecommute default winds down, flexible hybrid approach stays

    SINGAPORE is ending its policy of a work-from-home default, the Ministry of Health (MOH) said on Wednesday, while signalling a move to a "more flexible and hybrid" approach.

    "Employers are encouraged to continue with work-from-home arrangements, but more employees will be allowed to return to the workplace to better support work and business operations," it announced.
