Temasek prices euro-denominated bonds due 2022 and 2028

Singapore investment company Temasek Holdings said it has priced its euro-denominated bonds due 2022 and 2028.
AAA-rated Temasek announced the launch on Tuesday.
Its six-year, 600 million euro 0.5 per cent bonds due 2022 were priced at a spread of 48 basis points (0.48 percentage points) over the six-year benchmark euro mid-swap rate.
It was issued at 99.336 cents to the dollar, and will give a yield to maturity of 0.613 per cent a year.
The 12-year, 500 million euro 1.5 per cent bonds due 2028 were priced at a spread of 80 basis points over the 12-year benchmark euro mid-swap rate.
It was issued at 99.913 cents to the dollar, and will give a yield to maturity of 1.508 per cent a year.

Leong Wai Leng, Temasek's chief financial officer, said in a statement that both issues were oversubscribed, with robust demand from high-quality investors.
The offering is scheduled to close on March 1, 2016.
