PRIME Minister Lee Hsien Loong wants Asean to urgently tackle the rising tensions in the South China Sea and terrorism, two threats which could derail the regional grouping's economic growth.
"To thrive, we need a conducive environment for growth in the region," the Singapore leader said on Monday at the 26th Asean Summit Retreat.
