Thai PM is Shangri-La Dialogue's key speaker

THAI Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha will be in Singapore next week to deliver the keynote address at this year's Shangri-La Dialogue.
He will speak at the opening dinner of the three-day event on June 3 at the Shangri-La Hotel, and the 62-year-old former army chief is expected to outline his country's security vision for Asia. He joins the list of previous heads of state and government who have graced the high-profile event in recent years.
