DEPUTY Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam has returned to Singapore after a four-day visit to Kenya and Rwanda to deepen Singapore's engagement in the growing Sub-Saharan Africa region.
During the June 12 to June 15 trip, Mr Tharman, who is also the Coordinating Minister for Economic and Social Policies, called on the President of Kenya, Uhuru Kenyatta, at the State House in Mombasa.
