Too early to say US-China trade war over: analysts

THE easing of trade tensions between the United States and China over the weekend is a welcome development, but it is unclear if the truce will last, say economists.
"It might be too early to declare the end of the trade war as details will only be worked out gradually in the coming months," said OCBC economist Tommy Xie.
