Town councils run estates well: MND

ALL 16 town councils, including the former Aljunied-Hougang-Punggol East Town Council, are banded "Green" - the best of three bandings - in estate cleanliness and lift performance in the latest Town Council Management Report.

While the town councils generally fared well in their performance and none got a "Red" banding - the worst score - for the indicators used in assessing them, there remains room for improvement for some town councils in some areas.
