Trump-Abe summit big on symbolism but short on substance

The "Don and Shinzo" summit looked like a replay of the "Ron and Yasu" relationship of the 1980s between Ronald Reagan and Yasuhiro Nakasone, with many of the same policy issues being reopened again.
