Vietnam aims to boost 2017 GDP growth to 6.7%: PM

    [HANOI] Vietnam is targeting annual economic growth of 6.7 per cent in 2017, with growth expected to slow to 6.3-6.5 per cent this year, while the average inflation next year is projected at 4 per cent, the country's prime minister said on Thursday.

    Exports by the South-east Asian nation should grow 6 to 7 per cent, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc told Vietnam's National Assembly in its opening session.
