Win could fuel anger over election system

FORMER Hong Kong chief secretary Carrie Lam has earned herself the undesirable title of being the first chief executive of the city to win the election without also topping popular opinion polls among candidates for the top job.
And that could lead more Hong-kongers to question the credibility of the city's election system and interference from Beijing, say political analysts.
