With falling cases and higher vaccination rates, Vietnam is ready to reopen to foreigners

FOREIGN tourists who are fully vaccinated will be allowed into parts of Vietnam over the next few months, with the resort island of Phu Quoc - in Kien Giang province - gearing up to welcome overseas guests again from Nov 20.
Kien Giang is among several cities and provinces that the Vietnamese government has picked to receive foreign visitors - the others are Khanh Hoa, Quang Nam, Da Nang and Quang Ninh, all of which are popular tourist and beach destinations.
