40 and still going strong
Bulgari has launched new models this year to celebrate Bulgari Roma's success and 40th birthday.
THE first watch model to put its logo on the bezel and turn it into a design statement was created in 1975 to be given away to Bulgari's 100 best customers. The Bulgari Roma became such a big hit that the Italian jeweller started selling it. Forty years on, the collection stays hot and is still expanding. Bulgari has launched new models this year to celebrate Bulgari Roma's success and 40th birthday. These included not just updated versions of the original, but also models that break new grounds in watchmaking.
Bulgari Roma Finissimo
There are three versions, with one a limited edition - the model with the yellow gold case, black lacquer dial and black alligator strap (S$35,500). This is closer in look to the original model. Only 100 pieces of the yellow gold Bulgari Roma Finissimo will be produced.
