For most people, catching a bus is merely a convenient means of travelling from one place to another. But one transport company believes that it's not enough to get commuters to where they want to go. Instead, Johor-based Handal Indah is determined to ensure that the passengers who ride its buses between Singapore and Malaysia have a happy journey along the way.

Handal Indah, which is also known as Causeway Link, was formed in 2002 to ferry people between the two neighbouring countries. Handal Indah director Lim Chern Fang said that the company wants to forge a strong relationship with its customers.
