ASK Harry Toh to name one of the biggest challenges in running his family-owned laundry business, and he will cite the ongoing difficulty to recruit enough workers.

It is a common problem faced by Singapore companies these days, exacerbated by the government's ongoing efforts to tighten the inflow of foreign labour.
