THE 50 private companies honoured at the Enterprise 50 (E50) Awards dinner on Nov 19 for contributing to economic development in Singapore and abroad came dressed to the nines for the black-tie event held at the Resorts World Sentosa.
Rotating Offshore Solutions, a homegrown marine-engineering company, overcame the challenges gripping the industry to clinch the top spot. Taking second and third places were local seafood chain Jumbo Seafood and AllAlloy, a total welding-solutions provider. AllAlloy and Supreme Components International also walked away with the five-year award for winning the E50 award for five years running.
Minister for Trade and Industry (Industry) S. Iswaran was the guest of honour.
