A champion of S'pore sports

HIS resume reads like an overachiever - athlete, entrepreneur, politician, diplomat and sports advocate. Ng Ser Miang, has worn many hats in his illustrious career, but his lifelong passion has always been sports.

He has spent the past four decades raising the standard of sports in Singapore and making the impossible possible. For one, he helped the country clinch Olympic medals and meetings recently, previously deemed way out of Singapore's league.

Soft-spoken and mild-mannered, his demeanour belies his steely conviction and competitive streak in everything he does.
