Question: Can you briefly describe your business activities?
Colin Tan: Lianbang Ventures is a subsidiary of Hatten Group Sdn Bhd, which focuses on retail development. This division was first formed in 2004 when the company boldly took on an abandoned project in Malacca city as Hatten Group's first project.
That project is now the largest shopping mall in Melaka measuring over 2 million sq ft and known as Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall.
