Chef executive officers for a day

[SINGAPORE] The occasion was the launch of a book profiling the best of Singapore street food stalls beloved by the captains of industry here.
Some among the 200 guests - including chief executive officers (CEOs) of private and public agencies - at the convivial event had to "work" for their dinner, so to speak.
Minister for the Environment and Water Resources Vivian Balakrishnan, for example, showed he could make teh tarik as guests around him broke into laughter at his effort. A few other CEOs flipped roti prata as cameras flashed.
