Chin Yau Seng is new SIA Cargo president
He takes up the post on Monday, replacing Lee Lik Hsin who becomes Tigerair CEO on the same day

SINGAPORE Airlines (SIA) Cargo has appointed Chin Yau Seng, the former chief executive officer of Tiger Airways Holdings (Tigerair) and of SilkAir, as its new president.
Mr Chin, who fills the post on Monday, takes over from Lee Lik Hsin, who has been granted a leave of absence from the SIA Group to join Tigerair as its chief executive officer, also from Monday.
