Camilla de Villiers Managing Director, Asia Pacific HireRight
Protecting and giving recognition to our contract employees means keeping up with government standards, not just because they are mandated, but because we believe employment practices should be applied fairly and consistently to all our employees. This is reflected in our diverse and inclusive corporate culture, whereby our contract workers are included in corporate activities, including rewards and recognition schemes, and in our recruitment practice, whereby contingent workers typically experience the same on-boarding programme, including pre-employment background verifications, as do our full-time staff. We believe this is essential for creating a fair, valued, safe and trusted working environment, and ensuring that our talents have the right qualifications and experience for the role.
