[SINGAPORE] In land-scarce Singapore, real estate is king.
It is this which has put Philip Ng, the chief executive of Far East Organization, in pole position in a list of the top 10 Singapore-based billionaires released yesterday.
Nearly 80 per cent of the 55-year old property tycoon's US$5.2 billion in estimated net worth comes from his real-estate holdings.
