Former judge to lead four-member COI
Others are ex-police chief, former NTUC president and grassroots leader

THE Ministry of Home Affairs has appointed a four-member Committee of Inquiry (COI) to investigate the reasons behind last Sunday's riot in Little India. It will be headed by former supreme court judge G Pannir Selvam and is expected to submit its findings and recommendations within six months.
The other members of the COI are former police chief Tee Tua Ba, former trade union leader John De Payva and grassroots leader Andrew Chua Thiam Chwee.
