IN the port that sells more fuel to ships than any other in the world, BP has been its leading player for a dozen years. The British oil and gas giant's marine fuel division has been operating in Singapore for over 20 years and has been the largest supplier of marine fuel, or bunkers, in Singapore for the past 12 years, according to the Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) of Singapore's annual supplier ranking statistic.

But it's not merely size that has made BP the market leader; the ability to consistently deliver quality products to its customers in full, and on time, is at the core of its success.

"We have an extensive network of supply ports, a dedicated team of marine professionals and outstanding customer service," says Maesy Koh, BP's regional marine manager who oversees the Asia and Middle East marine business.
