What started as a "dream fulfilled" has (over the year) morphed into an area of increasing challenge for all - the strain on everyone's mental health. The silver lining of the Covid-19 pandemic is the focus and attention paid to mental health at work and in our community. This has moved from an "invisible" topic to one that is now clearly understood by all and thrust into the national consciousness.
