Mexico's Great Wall keeps Brazil at bay

Goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa produces performance of his life to thwart Brazil's superstars

THE Mexican goalkeeper who single-handedly denied Brazil's superstar footballers the goal they so desperately craved doesn't play for a top club. In fact, Guillermo Ochoa isn't even employed at all, having departed French side AC Ajaccio last month following the Corsica-based team's relegation to the second division.

Now a free agent, Ochoa, who turns 29 on July 13 - the day of the World Cup final in Rio de Janeiro, coincidentally - certainly won't have any shortage of potential suitors from now on. He could probably take his pick of any club from a long list that will probably seek his services, all without having to pay a transfer fee too.

Forget the Great Wall of China. This Great Wall of Mexico dug deep into his bag of tricks and produced a series of stunning goal-line saves, including one incredible diving stop to deny a Neymar header that was destined for the back of the net.
