MALAYSIA'S industrial production expanded at a slightly slower 4.3 per cent in March, compared to a year ago, falling short of the street's 4.5 per cent expectation and lower than February's 6.7 per cent.
Even so, it indicated that the country's growth momentum remained intact. Manufacturing output rose a robust 6.4 per cent during the month, down slightly from an average 7.3 per cent during the first two months of the year.
